Service Description

Detailed lab review, identification of any imbalances, or abnormalities. Develop plan of care including diet, lifestyle, and medication/ supplement changes. Thorough review of all labs and functional medicine results. Together we will develop a detailed plan of care. Will discuss diet and lifestyle changes that are necessary and make a plan for moving forward.
